How to reach us
The best way to reach the practice is by email, or by using the contact form on the home page. We are an online practice and readings are held by video or voice, worldwide.

Booking a reading
To book, open the reading you would like on the home page and send a request, or send us a message. We reply to confirm a time and, where a fee applies, to arrange payment. A booking is confirmed only once we reply to agree the time.
What to include
To help us reply quickly, it is useful to include:
- the reading you are interested in, or that you are not sure yet;
- for a chart reading, your birth date, time and place;
- a short note on the question or theme you would like to explore.
Response times
We reply within one business day, Monday to Saturday. Messages sent on a Sunday or a public holiday are answered on the next business day.
Feedback and concerns
