How a booking is confirmed, how sessions run, and how your written reading is delivered.
These terms explain how a reading works in practice once you book one, and how the digital summary is delivered. They sit alongside the Terms of Service and apply to every reading delivered by Astralume Astro.
How a booking is confirmed
You request a reading by opening a reading and sending a request, or by sending a message. We reply to confirm availability and, where a fee applies, to arrange payment. Your session is confirmed only once we reply to agree a time.
What we need from you
For a chart-based reading we need accurate birth details.
- Birth date.
- Birth time, as exact as you can give (or a note if it is unknown).
- Birth place (city and country).
- The question or theme you would like to explore.
If your birth time is unknown, we will tell you which parts of the reading are affected and work with what is available.
How the session runs
Readings are held online, by video or voice, whichever you prefer. At the agreed time we join a call, read the chart or spread together and leave room for your questions. Sessions keep to the time booked; if a topic needs more depth, we will say so and suggest how to continue.
Your written summary (digital delivery)
After the session we write up the reading and send it to you, usually within two business days, as a digital document.
- The summary is delivered by email or a secure link.
- It is provided for your own personal use.
- It is our work and is licensed to you personally, not sold outright.
Because the written reading is a personalised digital item, once it has been delivered it is not returnable; refund terms are set out in the Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Rescheduling and cancellations
- Reschedule or cancel with at least twenty-four hours' notice at no charge.
- With less notice, a session may be treated as delivered where a fee applies.
- If we ever need to move a session, we will offer you the earliest suitable alternative.
Recording and privacy
We do not record sessions unless we agree it with you in advance. Please do not record a session without our agreement. What you share stays confidential and is used only to deliver your reading.
Your responsibilities
- Join at the agreed time from a private place where you can talk freely.
- Give accurate birth details and information.
- Make your own decisions about anything discussed.
- Tell us in advance if someone else will join the call.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our practice develops. The version in force when your booking is confirmed governs that booking.
